Happy new year
Ok now is the time to start getting myself fit as I indulged a bit over Christmas. The gym starts again tomorrow and I shall be browsing the catalogues for new shorts for the summer....

Nice photo - would like to see both of these lads out running as they are here in the cold, wind and rain/snow ... particularly the young oik wearing his baseball cap the wrong way round; me thinks his lovely leggies could do with a slapping/strapping too to teach the boy to wear his cap or he will wear my belt!

Certainly the boy with his cap on backwards has the best shorts there!
