Indeed, quite "fit." Most fitting & smart in their perfect style of lederhosen... These photos look to be fairly recent. Be great if they are. Would be nice to know there are still some scout groups that have the good sense & taste to maintain such shorts uniforms...
I believe that these photos are from the early nineties. However there are some European countries with Scout troops that dress like this still and in today's baggy world they do look smart and fit.

Those are 2009 - 2010 French Scouts from Ryaumont. There is a Group in Paris. You can find there website. Lederhosen are also still worn by Scouts in Germany and are easy to buy on line.

These boy are from the traditionalist Riaumont Scout movement. I've seen them in real life and they're a very fine site.
