Yes sure; I just looked up scouts on the net; these are mainly French and Belgian. It seems that the Euro boys still like to look smart and stylish and these boys evidently do with some pride; in the UK we have gone the other way with long trashy shapeless shorts often made in hideous materials. Such a pity. I will post more pics as I find them.
