Do I forgive the long shorts just because they're revealing more around their waistline?

Seems a lot of saggers like wearing their shorts this way....

I hope these guys are setting a fashion trend among their generation. Definitely a hot pair. Maybe even lower a little more to show a little more than the pubes?
